We have an automation for auto-assigning agents to new members. Yesterday one of the agents let us know they were no longer able to do their onboarding tasks and I had to manually unenroll every single person assigned to them so each one could get a new agent assigned. It took me an hour. Please do this feature Solidarity Tech!!!

Rice Rodriguez, you can create a new automation for one-time reassignments if you have to do this again in the future. See the attached example.
